1. Coach Selection (Chemistry, Connection and Competency)
2. Build Rapport and Collect Feedback
3. Identify 2-3 Priority Goals and Coaching Partners

(Development: address potential; Performance: address the past with an eye to the future)
4. Define Action Plan
5. Discuss/Validate Plan with Coaching Partners
6. Implement Plan and Ongoing Sessions
7. Follow Up with Coaching Partners
8. Measure Progress and/or Results
9. Revise, Repeat as indicated
